There’s a lot of conversation about learning to let people go. About accepting that some friendships are only meant for a season. About recognizing when someone has served their purpose in your story and trusting God enough to release what no longer fits. And I think there’s wisdom in that. Some people really are seasonal. But I think we need to talk more about the other side of it, too. The people God gives us later. The friendships you didn’t grow up with. The people who we
