30 Things I Know Right Now

This season hasn’t given me all the answers, but it has given me clarity about what matters. These are the truths I’m carrying with me — not as certainty, but as grounding.

  1. I know that God is present even when I don’t have the words for what I’m feeling.

  2. I know that growth doesn’t always look like progress — sometimes it looks like staying.

  3. I know that rest is not a reward; it’s a necessity.

  4. I know that comparison steals joy faster than almost anything else.

  5. I know that I am allowed to change my mind as I learn more about myself.

  6. I know that showing up imperfectly still counts.

  7. I know that motherhood is forming me just as much as I am forming my child.

  8. I know that I don’t need to be fully healed to be deeply loved.

  9. I know that small faith practiced consistently matters more than big faith practiced occasionally.

  10. I know that my worth is not tied to how productive I am.

  11. I know that God often works quietly, in ways I don’t recognize until later.

  12. I know that slowing down doesn’t mean I’m giving up — it means I’m listening.

  13. I know that it’s okay to want more while still being grateful for what is.

  14. I know that not every season requires clarity; some require trust.

  15. I know that love is built through presence, not perfection.

  16. I know that asking for help is an act of courage, not weakness.

  17. I know that faith can be honest and still be faithful.

  18. I know that joy is allowed to coexist with uncertainty.

  19. I know that my body deserves kindness, not constant critique.

  20. I know that boundaries can be an expression of love.

  21. I know that becoming takes time, and I don’t need to rush the process.

  22. I know that God is more patient with me than I am with myself.

  23. I know that the ordinary days matter more than I once believed.

  24. I know that I don’t have to carry everything on my own.

  25. I know that who I am becoming matters more than who I appear to be.

  26. I know that grace meets me exactly where I am.

  27. I know that my story doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s to be meaningful.

  28. I know that faithfulness often looks quiet and unseen.

  29. I know that there is beauty in letting life unfold without forcing it.

  30. I know that I am allowed to be present here, even as I hope for what’s ahead.

I hold these truths with open hands, trusting God to keep shaping what comes next.
